Sandro Ivo Bartoli will be the Artist of the Week on Argentina’s Radio Clásica Nacional. Fron December 17th to December 21st, the national classical radio of Argentina will air a selection from Bartoli’s recent discography, including excerpts from an exclusive interview with Pablo Kohan, the station’s Director. In a press release, Bartoli said he was delighted with the news: “It is great to have a link with a country that is so far away from Italy, and yet so close: like many Italians, I have relatives in the land of Martha Argerich and Daniel Baremboim, and I am honoured to be represented on Argentina’s Radio Clásica Nacional. I have been following the station’s programming, and I must say that I have enjoyed listening to them enormously. Their programmes are varied and innovative, offer a fresh view on classical music and are top-notch when it comes to presentation and musical insight. I am delighted to be with them during this week of broadcasts”.
The broadcast will be audible online daily at 10AM Argentinian time (2PM Central European Time), at this address: http://www.radionacional.com.ar/vivo/2-clasica-967.html
